Combination of Microwave, Ultrasonic, Enzyme Assisted Method for Curcumin Species Extraction from Turmeric ( <i>Curcuma Longa</i> L.) and Evaluation of their Antioxidant Activity

چکیده
The combination of microwave irradiation, ultrasonication treatment, and enzyme-assisted extraction approach was applied to study the efficiency antioxidative activity curcumin from turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) using Response Surface Optimization (RSM). effects power treatment time irradiation types enzymes, amounts, interaction pectinase on were studied. RSM used select optimum conditions by implementing Box–Behnken design. ratio antioxidant extracted species are 2.89% 83.95% under optimal conditions, respectively, which close predicted values, much higher than single approach. Our results show that a versatile for biological compounds agricultural natural products successfully developed, bioactivity could be kept well our proposed methods.
